nara is neus — aka Neus Abellan (she/they) — is a physicist, musician and producer of ambient music and soundtracks from Barcelona. They combine parts of several subgenres to compose music that has a distinctive sound and captivates listeners. Their music is distinguished by complex metrics, captivating melodies, engrossing soundscapes that take listeners to different realms, and ambient textures that elicit a wide range of feelings. Her songs have a special deep bond with existencial questionings, sending listeners on an emotional rollercoaster.

The recent lines of research range from exploring the limits between the organic and the digital world to reinterpretations of classical pieces, sound design for video installations, soundtracks and auto-generative songs, continually experimenting with new sounds and methods, drawing inspiration from a wide range of musical influences.
